Terms of Service
The terms governing use of logisinc.site and the general terms under which we provide logistics services.
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of logisinc.site and describe the general terms under which Logistics Inc provides freight, warehousing, customs and supply chain services. By using this website you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Logistics Inc is a logistics services provider located at 400 Clematis St, Suite 301, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. We arrange transportation and related services and may act as a broker, forwarder or agent depending on the service, as identified in your quote or service agreement.
2. Website Use
- Use this site for lawful purposes only.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, probe or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish site content commercially without written permission.
- Do not submit false information or use our forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
3. Information Is Not An Offer
Rates, ranges, transit times and service descriptions on this website, including the pricing shown on our homepage and pricing page, are general information for budgeting purposes. They are not quotes, offers or guarantees of price, capacity or transit time. Freight pricing changes with fuel, capacity, season and lane conditions.
4. Quotes
- Quotes are based on the information you provide. Inaccurate weight, dimensions, class, commodity or accessorial requirements will change the price.
- Each quote states an expiration date. Domestic quotes are typically valid seven days, and international quotes are often shorter.
- Quotes exclude duties, taxes, customs examination fees and charges assessed by third parties unless expressly stated.
- Carrier reweigh, reclassification and accessorial charges discovered after pickup will be passed through to you.
5. Bookings And Shipper Responsibilities
By tendering freight you confirm that:
- The description, weight, dimensions and value of the goods are accurate
- The goods are properly packaged, labeled and secured for the mode of transport
- The shipment contains no undeclared hazardous, prohibited or restricted materials
- You have the legal right to ship the goods and all required licenses and permits
- The information supplied for customs purposes is true and complete
6. Carrier Liability And Cargo Insurance
Carrier liability is limited by law, tariff and bill of lading terms, and is frequently far less than the value of your goods. Limits are commonly based on weight and freight class rather than value. Full value cargo insurance is available and strongly recommended, and must be arranged before the shipment moves. Where insurance is not purchased, recovery for loss or damage is limited to the carrier's legal liability.
7. Claims
Loss, damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, and concealed damage must be reported promptly, generally within five days. Claims must be filed within the time limits set by the applicable carrier contract, tariff or convention. We will file and pursue claims on your behalf but do not guarantee recovery.
8. Payment Terms
- New customers typically prepay or pay upon delivery. Net terms are available on approved credit.
- Invoices are due per the terms stated on the invoice or in your service agreement.
- Past due balances may accrue interest and collection costs as permitted by Florida law.
- Plan fees, where applicable, are billed monthly and are separate from freight charges.
- Disputed charges should be raised within the period stated in your agreement so we can pursue the carrier.
9. Service Agreements
Ongoing services may be governed by a separate written service agreement, rate confirmation or bill of lading. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.
10. Transit Times And Delays
Transit times are estimates, not guarantees, unless a guaranteed service was purchased and is stated on the quote. Weather, port congestion, customs examination, equipment availability, road conditions, strikes and force majeure events can delay shipments. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from delay.
11. Prohibited And Restricted Goods
We do not accept undeclared hazardous materials, illegal goods, currency, live animals or items prohibited by carrier, mode or destination country. Undeclared hazardous or prohibited goods may result in fines, confiscation and liability, which remain the shipper's responsibility.
12. Customs Compliance
For customs services, you remain the importer or exporter of record and are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, as well as duties, taxes and penalties assessed by authorities. A power of attorney is required before we can file entries on your behalf.
13. Disclaimer
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Tracking information is supplied by carriers and may be delayed or incomplete.
14. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logistics Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales or business interruption, arising from use of this website or from delay, loss or damage in transit. Liability for transportation services is governed by the applicable bill of lading, tariff, service agreement and law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Logistics Inc harmless from claims, fines, penalties and costs arising from inaccurate shipment or customs information, improper packaging, undeclared hazardous or prohibited goods, or your breach of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles, and by applicable federal transportation law and international conventions where those apply. Disputes related to this website shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless your service agreement provides otherwise.
17. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated date. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised Terms.
