How It Works
Eight steps from your first message to a clean invoice. The same process whether you ship one pallet or one hundred containers.
Tell Us What You Are Shipping
Origin and destination, weight, dimensions, commodity and timing. Call, email or send the quote form. No account or credit application needed to get a number.
We Shop The Network
We price your freight across our contracted carriers and, where it helps, across modes. You get options rather than a single take it or leave it rate.
You Get A Clear Quote
One document showing the all in cost, the transit time, the carrier type and any accessorials that apply. Nothing hidden in the footnotes.
Booking & Dispatch
You approve, we dispatch and confirm the pickup window. You receive the bill of lading, labels and tracking details before the truck arrives.
Pickup & Documentation
We confirm the driver checked in and the freight loaded correctly, and we verify the paperwork so nothing gets rejected downstream.
In Transit Visibility
Tracking updates at each milestone and a phone call from a person if anything changes. Exceptions reach you from us, not from your customer.
Delivery & Proof
Delivery confirmed with signed proof of delivery sent to your inbox, along with any receiving notes or exceptions recorded at the dock.
Invoice & Review
A clear invoice that matches your quote. For contract customers we also audit carrier billing and report on spend, lanes and performance.
Communication
You should never have to ask where your freight is
The most common complaint about freight brokers is silence after dispatch. We fix that with process rather than promises. Updates go out at milestones, and exceptions get a phone call the moment we know, not the morning after the delivery was missed.

- Milestone updates at pickup, in transit and delivery
- Proactive exception alerts with a recovery plan attached

What We Need From You
- Accurate weight and dimensions, including pallet size

- Dock, liftgate or inside delivery needs at both ends
- A contact at the receiving location
- Notice of hazmat, temperature or handling requirements
Process Questions
Good to know before you book
How do I know my weight and class are right?
Send us the dimensions and commodity and we will help you determine freight class and NMFC code. Accurate information up front prevents reweigh and reclass charges later, which are the most common source of invoice surprises in LTL.
How quickly can freight be picked up?
Same day pickup is often possible for requests placed in the morning, subject to carrier capacity in your area. Next business day is standard.
What happens if the carrier misses the pickup?
We chase the carrier, escalate through dispatch and, if it cannot be recovered, rebook with another carrier. You hear about it from us with the new plan already in motion.
How are claims handled?
Report damage or shortage at delivery, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it. We file the claim, supply the documentation and manage it through resolution on your behalf.
Can you integrate with our systems?
For contract and enterprise customers we support recurring lane setups, custom reporting and data exchange. Tell us what your systems need during onboarding.
