Logistics Inc is a full service logistics provider headquartered at 400 Clematis Street in West Palm Beach. We move freight by road, air and sea, store and ship inventory out of partner warehouses, clear customs, and manage the whole supply chain for companies that would rather focus on their product.
Shippers come to us because logistics usually is not easy. Rates change weekly, carriers miss pickups, customs paperwork gets rejected for a single wrong code and nobody calls to tell you. Questions
What shippers ask us first
Do I need an account to get a quote?
No. Send us the shipment details by phone, email or the quote form and we will price it. Accounts are only needed once you start shipping regularly with us.
How fast do quotes come back?
Most quotes go out the same business day. Complex international moves, oversized freight and multi stop projects can take up to two business days while we confirm capacity.
Is my freight insured?
Carrier liability applies to every shipment and is limited by weight and freight class. We also offer full value cargo insurance, which we strongly recommend for high value goods. We will quote it alongside your rate.
What if something goes wrong in transit?
Your account manager owns the problem. We chase the carrier, document the exception, keep you updated and file and manage any claim on your behalf.
Do you handle international shipments?
Yes. We forward by air and ocean, arrange consolidation, and handle customs clearance, classification and compliance documentation for imports and exports.
